Abstract
This article focuses on the digital literacy of individuals and organizations in the digital era, introducing new requirements for digital literacy among individuals and organizations in this age. Additionally, it discusses the international progress made in fostering digital literacy, with insights from the United States, Europe, and other regions, enriching the research on digital literacy. Concluding, the article offers suggestions for enhancing the digital literacy competencies of individuals and organizations, emphasizing the importance of adopting a logical and scholarly approach.
