Abstract
In today's globally interconnected world, the concept of employer branding has come up as an important strategy that is used by organizations to attract and retain high-calibre talent. This chapter will cover the significance of employer branding in the modern organizational scene and will also extensively cover strategies, drawbacks, and its relationship with other similar concepts. Another related concept that is included in the chapter is the concept of internal marketing and the different strategies associated with it.
