Abstract
This chapter seeks to dissect the multifaceted dimensions of personal online learning spaces, situating them within the larger canvas of contemporary educational practices in the visual and performing arts field. An extension of the pedagogical movement towards student-centered and self-directed learning is the emergence of personal online learning spaces. Learners have access to a wide variety of tools in the arts, including interactive courses, virtual galleries, and personal showcases. Online learning environment gives students the freedom to personalize their educational experience, take into account different learning preferences, and develop a stronger bond with their aspirations in the arts.
