Abstract
The purpose of this chapter is to examine the existing research on change communication satisfaction and change management. This chapter aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the current theories, models, and findings related to these topics. By synthesizing the literature, will contribute to a deeper understanding of the relationships between communication satisfaction and successful change management strategies, offering insights for organizations looking to enhance their change initiatives. A systematic approach was taken to identify relevant articles and research studies on communication satisfaction and change management. A comprehensive search was conducted using academic databases and scholarly publications, focusing on studies that explore the link between effective communication and successful change implementation. The selected sources include empirical studies, theoretical frameworks, and case analyses to provide a diverse and comprehensive perspective on the subject matter.
