Abstract
Artificial and machine learning play pivotal roles in revolutionizing the clean and blue energy industry's efficiency, and sustainability. However, these technologies are being applied to develop the energy system, but also discover even better materials, and operate nuclear power plants more efficiently. AI models are also being designed to produce variable renewable energy and to predict how so that it can best be matched with demand as a function of time, thus maximizing its use where possible without subsidies, while at the same time similarly driving down costs through heavier grid-into-renewable integration. This chapter examines the significant role of AI and ML in Clean and blue energy for enhancing efficiency and sustainability. Also, analyze their reviews and their effects on both efficiency and sustainability as well as consider the challenges and roadblocks today that could lead to opportunities in the future.
