Abstract

As organizations continue in the evolving landscape of the digital, leaders of human resource management (HRM) face unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Blockchain technology has emerged as a disruptive force, offering innovative solutions to longstanding HRM issues. This explores the potential of blockchain as a service (BaaS) in transforming enterprise HRM practices, enhancing security, efficiency, and transparency while paving the way for future leaders where HRM in enterprises will be empowering. Blockchain technology, renowned for its decentralized, secure, and transparent nature, offers a scalable, cost-effective way for organizations to harness the power of blockchain without the complexities of building and maintaining their blockchain infrastructure. This study explores the transformative potential and impact of blockchain as a service (BaaS) on HRM practices within enterprises with adaptive and proven case studies by investigating the advantages, challenges, and prospects of implementing BaaS solutions to harness and empower enterprise HRM leaders for the future.
