Abstract
This study aims to understand the state of culinary tourism in Braj, India, by examining perceptions of local cuisine among hosts and tourists. Through surveys of 200 respondents, it seeks to identify opportunities and challenges in promoting culinary tourism. By quantifying past perceptions and experiences, the study provides insights for stakeholders to enhance destination branding and attract visitors. Grounded in theories of culinary tourism and cultural heritage, the research contributes to the advancement of knowledge in this field, highlighting Braj's potential as a culinary tourism destination.
