In today's landscape, learning organizations should devise a technology-based mechanism to advance their organizational learning efforts. Learning technologies are positioned as an enabler that provides learning opportunities. This chapter navigates throughout the diverse learning technologies being used by organizations. In recognition of the vital role successful learning technology implementation plays in organizations, it also assesses the current state of implementations and outlines the primary strategies organizations should prioritize.
