Abstract
The chapter discusses the contemporary global focus on environmental preservation and sustainable construction, particularly regarding buildings' impact on the environment and human well-being. It explores the case study of Hajj Musa Mosque, aiming to address issues such as energy and water consumption, lack of fire safety measures, and sustainability concerns. Utilizing a case study approach, qualitative research methods were employed. Through analysis and solution-oriented approaches, sketches of the mosque were developed to address identified problems and integrate sustainable practices. This study seeks to align Hajj Musa Mosque with contemporary sustainability standards while respecting its cultural and historical heritage.
