Abstract: This review explores the transformative role of women-led social enterprises globally, addressing economic, social, and personal dimensions. It examines innovative models, challenges, and opportunities faced by these enterprises. Through case studies, it emphasizes microfinance, training, and market access for support. It highlights their impact on community development, environmental conservation, and poverty alleviation, emphasizing intersectionality and inclusive practices. Additionally, it underscores technology and government policies in enhancing scalability and sustainability. Advocating for collaboration and policy changes, it aims to advance gender equality and inclusive development worldwide.
