Abstract
This chapter addresses the relevance of ICT to teacher professional development in the changing landscape of Education 5.0. It advocates a comprehensive strategy that harnesses ICT's numerous instruments to empower teachers, foster cooperation, and cultivate the necessary competencies for navigating the fast-expanding Education 5.0. Interviews and direct observations were employed. By addressing policies, competencies, strategies, directions, and problems, the book chapter gives a holistic vision of the transformative journey education must take to satisfy the needs of the 5.0 era.
