Abstract

In a succinct way, the chapter will question the joining of the social aspect to the educational sciences and will then shed light on learners' representations of this new environment, since the success of projects to introduce ICT into training is no longer a function of the power of the technologies, but also of the ability of trainers to exploit their potential in order to change their mentality. In this vein, the chapter proposes a retrospective analysis of the fact that e-learning cannot be achieved without a panoply of skills contributing to the efficiency of digital learning. In this light, the chapter draws a theoretical outline of the key concepts, explaining the historical perspective of sociopedagogy, followed by a practical sketch focusing on an inventory of the representations that future teachers make of the integration of ICT into an ADT. What, then, is the specific contribution of social theories of communication to the integration of ICT? What are the different skills that trainers need to develop to support learners in their training?
