Abstract
The well-being of students in the university environment continues to draw global attention. Well-being is not only happiness but also satisfaction; it is a condition of being able to develop oneself as a whole person who contributes to society. More importantly, more research needs to be done to unearth the institutional based factors that affect the wellbeing of the students. This chapter sought to examine the extent to which institutional facilities, student-teacher relationship, orientation influence the wellbeing of the students. The findings of this chapter may assist the universities to prioritize the wellbeing of the students by strengthening the facilities, create awareness and come up with specific targeted programs for sustainable solutions.
