Abstract

The analytical triangle, a social psychology concept, is crucial in implementing change management strategies. It involves a triangular configuration mediating between individuals and the external world, subject and object, and imagination and actuality. This literature synthesis explores the strategic management and leadership intentions of businesses, focusing on transformational leadership theory and the use of novel communication strategies by global leaders. The study's overarching goal is to highlight the relevance of these theoretical frameworks in a variety of potential future research situations. This chapter explores how entrepreneurs may utilize technology to develop successful firms by coordinating different aspects of technology entrepreneurship to produce a unified transformation. Students would do well to study its lessons on how technology entrepreneurs may make effective use of available resources.
