Abstract

In recent years, developments such as economic crises, the COVID-19 pandemic, and digitalization that require quick and effective responses have increasingly challenged businesses in terms of achieving all dimensions of sustainability. Considering this situation, leaders with learning agility are crucial in creating sustainable organizations due to the qualities they possess. This kind of leader becomes more equipped to navigate changes in the work environment, prepare and adapt their organizations to environmental changes by learning continuously. In this research, sustainable organizations are modeled not only as structures that respect ecological living but also as structures that can sustainably strengthen many internal and external factors while achieving this. The main problem of the research is to identify how the characteristics of leaders with learning agility align with the elements of sustainable organizations. Therefore, the study aims to establish theoretical correlations between these leadership characteristics and sustainable organizational elements.
