Abstract
Ecological resilience, social equality, and good governance necessitate sustainable land management. Resource conservation decreases land use's environmental impact. Smart technologies, circular economy, and precision agriculture reduce environmental impact and optimize resources. Sustainable land management promotes community rights, inclusive development, and participatory decision-making. Effective regulation, transparency, and cross-sectoral cooperation are needed for governance. To meet ESG goals, land management must be sustainable. Modern land changes impact Industry 5.0's ownership and usage. Reforms speed land acquisition, transparency, and responsive governance. Technology and automation rule Industry 5.0 with modern land reforms. Land tenure certainty and environmental sustainability are needed for ethical industrialization and investment. Land policy must control population demand and promote spatial planning to optimize land usage and reduce environmental damage for sustainable industrialization.
