Abstract
The overall aim of the chapter is to explain the role of the women in the IT sectors. The Indian society gives us an insight into Karl Marx`s ideology of capitalist, proletariat relationship under the modern patriarchal social structure. The same ideology while looked up from the outer world with a different disguise and from different ideological perspectives we consider it as the representative of the modern socio-economic structure where the limitation of the women is exhibited in determining the relation between the men and the women especially in the third world countries. The limitation of the women community under the modern social structure is important in the developing world the nomenclature and the pattern of social relations existing in the third world nation (where inequality in the society is prevalently observed in their socio-cultural fabric).
