Abstract

This investigation presents an evaluation of the activities of the process of the supply chain elaborated in a biomedical electronic industry of Mexicali city, which analyzed a new tech-niques as the VEGAM matrix that represents the action of observing, analyzing, and improving, which is mentioned in each letter of the VEGAM word that was designed and developed with letters in Spanish (VE. Veer, G. Guiar, A. Analizar, and M. Mejorar). The matrix represents the steps of the manufacturing processes, where it fabricates oximeters, illustrated in a structural diagram of new electronic system. Also, this new electronic system with basic electronic devices detected quickly the steps with a major risk of generating a stop of the flow and taking solutions to continue the flow of the first step where it receives the raw material. This scientific study was made from 2020 to 2021.
