Abstract
Creating inclusive school cultures is essential in modern education, promoting environments where all students receive equal opportunities and feel valued. This chapter explores the multifaceted approach needed for cultivating inclusivity within educational institutions, emphasizing leadership, professional development, supportive ecosystems, and inclusive policies. Effective school leadership sets the tone for a community driven by shared values, embedding a culture of acceptance and support. Engagement at all levels, students, parents, and community members, heightens academic and social success. The chapter highlights the role of professional development in equipping teachers with skills to address diverse student needs, including tailored instruction, universal design for learning, and proactive behavior management.
