Abstract
Due to the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) in today's economies, HR managers also use AI tools to handle various HR tasks, from planning to managing employee turnover. This research uses the TOE (technology-organization-environment) model. A structured questionnaire surveyed 459 HR professionals of healthcare organizations and data was analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling. The research found that factors like cost-effectiveness, relative advantage, organization size, top management support, HR readiness, competitive pressure, and vendor support positively influence AI adoption in HR management. However, security, privacy concerns, and technological complexity can make AI implementation difficult. This chapter aims to provide valuable insights to senior executives, medical professionals, HR experts, researchers, AI designers, and marketers, enhancing their understanding of AI's role in managing human resources in the healthcare industry.
