Abstract
This chapter explores the transformative impact of integrating real-time data and artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of thrust manufacturing, particularly within the aerospace and automotive industries. As manufacturing processes evolve, the synergy between real-time data and AI advancements emerges as a catalyst for unparalleled efficiency, precision, and innovation. The chapter examines the foundational role of real-time data in providing a granular view of operations, complemented by the sophisticated capabilities of AI—from automation to adaptive intelligence. Through case studies, the document showcases successful applications of this synergy in optimizing production, predictive maintenance, and quality control. Despite the promise, challenges such as data security and workforce upskilling are acknowledged.
