Abstract

This chapter examines how artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing marketing tactics and operational efficiencies to support sustainable hospitality, emphasizing the transformative impact of AI in the service marketing of eco-friendly hotels. It explores the incorporation of AI-powered solutions that improve visitor experiences while highlighting environmentally conscious behaviours, such as automated customer care systems, personalized marketing campaigns, and predictive analytics. The chapter also looks at case studies of green hotels that successfully use AI to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement by providing specialized services and communicating with the right customers. It also tackles the ethical issues and difficulties associated with applying AI, guaranteeing data protection and openness while encouraging a sincere dedication to sustainability. This chapter offers a thorough grasp of AI's potential to spur growth and sustainability in the eco-friendly hotel sector by combining current developments with real-world applications.
