Abstract

Milk, a good source of protein, is not adequate in supply and not affordable by a majority in the rural communities of Nigeria. In an attempt to increase milk production from available animal resources, extension services have included goat milking training using video and method demonstration in their service delivery packages as modern techniques. This study therefore analysed goat milking training for food using video and method demonstration among rural women in Kwara State, Nigeria.
