Abstract

Wheat is one of the most important crops, which humanity depends on for nutrition and daily needs as a source of food. It was necessary to find solutions to increase the production of the wheat crop, and due to the lack of cultivated areas in the world due to the lack of rain and the spread of desertification and drought in the world, sustainable agriculture with all its means was one of the most appropriate. Solutions to increase production and reduce pollution. This chapter includes a definition of sustainable agriculture and the most important means used in agriculture to increase production, as well as a definition of wheat and its economic importance.
