Abstract

This research looks at the changing face of big data analytics with a special focus on Hadoop incorporation by examining new developments and potential future directions. Over the years, the field of data analytics has gone through tremendous expansion due to the large amount of complex data generated from various sectors. In this light, Hadoop is identified as a highly adaptive and distributed computing system that serves as a powerful resource to extract valuable information from big datasets. This chapter analyzes advanced artificial intelligence techniques, real-time data analysis methodologies, emerging research directions, and ethics of big data. It highlights their implementation within the Hadoop platform. In an attempt to explore the mutual influence that exists between studies using Hadoop and evolving paradigms of analytics, it can be concluded that this study endeavors to provide an exhaustive navigation manual to scholars, practitioners, and industry observers who are interested in exploring the frontiers of big data analytics through Hadoop and its analytic evolution.
