Abstract
AI is changing security and risk management by improving threat detection, analysis, and response. AI-driven solutions uncover complicated patterns and anomalies using machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, outperforming conventional approaches. AI adoption in this industry raises ethical and privacy issues, including algorithmic bias and data privacy. AI combined with IoT and blockchain may improve security by analyzing data in real time and ensuring data integrity. Darktrace and PayPal's AI implementations show their real-world efficacy. Future developments imply quantum computing and federated learning integration for more resilient and private AI systems. To appropriately use AI, ethical issues, transparency, and human supervision must be addressed. AI has the ability to improve security and risk management, protecting against an expanding threat environment while requiring strict ethical and privacy considerations.
