Abstract

In the light of the well-known nature of workplace stress and its negative influence on both individual and organizational performance, this chapter presents a thorough method for decreasing it. The perception pursues to progress the work situation by executing an organized strategy that comprises identification, intervention, and evaluation. To address stressors, strategies for example personnel surveys and focus groups, flexible work plans, assistance plans for workers, wellness advantages, and enriched communication channels are engaged. Phased placement, staff involvement, and continuing assessment are all measure of the implementation procedure, which is backed by budget inaccuracy and chosen resources. The ultimate objective is to place a high significance on employee welfare as an intended investment that will increase company accomplishment and flexibility.
