Abstract
This chapter aimed at exploring the relationship between corporate social responsibility, employee engagement, employee satisfaction, and employee wellbeing. When organizations create an explicit association between employee job duties with corporate social responsibility initiatives employees can perform effectively. This reflects that employees are the driving force; thus, it is essential for the leaders to ensure their wellbeing. Employees having positive well-being will be encouraged to increase their productivity level.
