Abstract
The main duties of human resource management are to recruit, hire, train, retain, manage, and improve the work environment of the workplace. Managers can better collect and disseminate information and interact with employees to determine work problems by implementing state-of-the-art technology within the firm. Through this study, an attempt has been made to understand the innovation of human resources and the impact of technology.
