Abstract
This chapter explores the intersection of entrepreneurship, leadership coaching, and Indigenous Nigerian cultural contexts, with specific focus on the Hausa (dan kasuwa ne mai hidimar ubangijinsa; i.e., literally, ‘to serve another'), Igbo (Iògba boòiò; i.e., literally ‘to serve another'), and Yoruba (Omo Ise; i.e., literally ‘to serve another') tribes in an era marked by dynamic global economic landscapes and an increasing emphasis on entrepreneurial leadership. Therefore, understanding and incorporating indigenous approaches to leadership coaching becomes imperative. This chapter explores entrepreneurship, leadership coaching, and Indigenous Nigerian cultures (Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba) in the context of dynamic global economies and a growing emphasis on entrepreneurial leadership. The chapter asserts that anchoring entrepreneurship leadership coaching in Indigenous Nigerian approaches can revolutionize leadership perceptions, contributing to a socially conscious and responsible generation of entrepreneurs in Nigeria and globally.
