Abstract

An instructional strategy called blended learning mixes virtual or digital components with in-person instruction. The use of computers and other connected devices in the classroom helps students get ready for success in the real world because they are essential for modern business and communication. In blended learning settings, students not only become proficient in the subject matter they are studying, but they also develop advanced technological skills. In the classroom, blended learning has its uses and benefits. This method provides a solid foundation for tying theory and practice together during the teaching process. The methodical blending of online and in-person instruction is known as blended or hybrid learning. The intentional blending of online and in-person components is essential in a blended learning environment. This research study identifies the variables influencing blended learning by conducting an extensive literature review. The literature review aids in the provision of a theoretical framework for this investigation.
