Abstract
The study explores quantum-led corporate entrepreneurship (QLCE) and its role in fostering open innovation within corporate structures. It examines the interplay between corporate incubation processes and quantum-led methods, characterized by non-linearity, entanglement, and probabilistic approaches. The research, using both qualitative and quantitative methods with 40 and 288 participants, finds that quantum computing power, leadership vision, resource allocation, market disruption, organizational agility, and risk management significantly impact innovation success. Market dynamics mediate these relationships, while interaction and networking serve as moderators. Weaknesses include understanding complex quantum ideas and result transferability. The study suggests initiatives with a quantum twist and stronger ties to promote innovation, demonstrating how QLCE can modernize internal incubation and enhance corporate resilience in disruptive environments.
