Abstract

Climate change has become one of the pressing challenges in the 21st century. Ensuring and devising strategies to combat climate change is necessary and for this purpose, this study discusses the relationship between artificial intelligence, green finance, and sustainable development. Moreover, this study analyzes the role of green finance, and its connection with AI and sustainable development. Green bonds, stocks, and cryptocurrencies are analyzed with the objective of its support towards sustainable development. The study further discussed that AI has key role in sustainable development through green finance and the interplay of these factors can achieve sustainable development goals. Furthermore, the chapter sheds light on challenges in the data for green finance and sustainable development where AI stands in between which generates data through its different technologies. This chapter offers various insights and implications for policymakers and government officials to help reshape sustainable development in the long run.
