Abstract
Recent technological innovations have fostered businesses by pushing the performance of the workers and building a culture of organisational commitment. Presently, businesses are operating in times of deep fakes, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. The present research is conducted to measure the impact of organizational commitment and technologically innovative approaches on worker performance in the textile industry. The textile industry is very relevant for India as it serves as a major contribution towards the growth and development of the country. Moreover, the variables of organizational commitment and technologically innovative approaches are very relevant in every industry. Achieving the optimum level of worker performance has been the dream of every businessman and present research attempts to test the variables responsible for worker performance. According to the research, the involvement of workplace startup technology involves the organizational commitment to increase the effectiveness of work.
