Abstract

Agile approach has acquired tremendous appeal in the digital transformation age owing to its versatility, adaptability, and capacity to respond to quick modifications to technology and client demands. Continual enhancement is a key component of Agile, guaranteeing that teams are always improving their methods, goods, and offerings. Here are some critical aspects about Agile continuous improvement in the larger picture of digital transformation. An iterative approach in Agile methodology refers to the practice of breaking down an endeavour into shorter phases or iterations to allow for incremental creation, testing, and improvement. The iterative method is a core Agile idea that is widely utilised in frameworks such as the principles of Scrum and Extreme Programming (XP). Sprints or iterations are fixed time intervals in which projects are divided.
