Abstract
Agile project management, as a game-changing concept, provides a new dimension in the software engineering framework engendering an unprecedented method of managing complex projects in an environment where things are constantly changing. It provides organizations with a totally new way of thinking that moves from the “plan-do-check-act” techniques to an agile methodology that favors working within shorter sprints and emphasizes collaboration, responsiveness, and flexibility. At the core of an agile project management lays the integral driven architect (IDA), a professional, who, unlike others in their field, can offer skills with multiple focuses, not exclusively from one area IDA embodies the tech savvy perspective and figures out the dynamics of all the projects undertaken, acting as a statistical catalyst for innovation and ultimately driving the project.
