Abstract

This Chapter operationally define Body-Mass-Index (BM)I as ‘Blended-mode Instruction' as an alternative term to manage musical and cultural programmes through transdisciplinary approaches to promote learning outcomes in ‘Science, Technology, Reading, Entrepreneurship, Arts/music/culture, Mathematics' (STREAM) education. Qualitative case study is the research design with mixed mode of data collection and analysis being implemented. Cross-Case Analysis (CCA) is conducted to examine the attributes of selected technology-enhanced music/cultural educational programmes from China, Malaysia and Thailand Exemplary-Case Analysis (ECA) is also illustrated on selected programmes from findings of CCA. This study contributes to the expanding corpus of knowledge surrounding BMI applications in musical and cultural programmes, spotlighting its applicability in modern musical education programmes and underscoring the imperative for inventive strategies within current educational paradigms.
