Abstract
The economic landscape has seen a spike of women entrepreneurs, but their path to financial well-being remains a multidimensional endeavour in the modern world. This study explores the relationship between wealth, entrepreneurship, and women with the goal of shedding light on the complex factors influencing their financial trajectories. By means of an extensive analysis of extant literature, empirical data, and case studies, this study investigates the obstacles, prospects, and tactics faced by female entrepreneurs in attaining sustained wealth creation. It analyses the main variables that affect financial success, such as social perceptions, networks, mentorship, and resource availability. It looks into how institutional frameworks, cultural norms, and gender-specific hurdles affect women's entrepreneurship and wealth accumulation. This study provides actionable advice for policymakers, stakeholders, and prospective women entrepreneurs to navigate the path towards financial well-being in the dynamic field of entrepreneurship by synthesising findings from multiple viewpoints.
