Abstract
The transhuman era has seen a significant shift in the public sector, with machine learning and artificial intelligence transforming HR analytics. This field has seen rapid growth, but its application in the public sector remains underexplored. This review explores the concepts and practices of HR analytics, proposing a five-step methodology for effective adoption. The study provides insights into workforce planning, recruitment, HR development, and performance management in the context of the transhuman era. It addresses critical issues such as privacy, data integrity, algorithmic bias, and public awareness. Key conditions for successful HR analytics implementation include robust data management, enhanced staff competencies, and broad acceptance of these technologies.
