Abstract
This chapter discusses the implementation of AI-driven security measures in virtual worlds, which presumes advanced approaches and solutions implemented to protect users' interactions and the environment of the virtual space in general. The topics discussed within the chapter are related to AI applications in security issues, machine solutions for the purpose of intrusion detection, and behavioral biometrics for user authentication. Each of the topics include practical scenarios connected to IDS and behavioral biometrics. Information on content moderation, policy enforcement, and future directions is given as well. The chapter provides solid proof that metaverse security should include AI-driven solutions through effective case studies, while performance expectations are discussed in each case.
