Abstract
Nepal, a landlocked country nestled in the lap of the Himalayas, is renowned for its majestic mountains, rich cultural heritage, and spiritual practices. In recent years, the global tourism industry has witnessed a significant shift towards wellness tourism, with travelers seeking experiences that promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This research aims to explore the intersection between wellness and tourism in Nepal, examining the country's potential as a wellness tourism destination, the diverse offerings available, and the challenges and opportunities it presents. By investigating the current landscape and identifying key strategies, this study provides insights for stakeholders to leverage Nepal's unique attributes and harness its untapped potential in the wellness tourism market.
