Abstract
In the evolving landscape of Transnational Higher Education (THEN), understanding the perspectives and insights of student leaders becomes paramount for enhancing the student leadership experience. This interview study seeks to delve into the common insights of student leaders operating within the context of THEN. Specifically, the exploration will focus on their satisfaction with leadership experiences and their motivation to gain leadership roles. Furthermore, this inquiry extends beyond mere exploration; it aspires to distill practical wisdom and guidance for aspiring student leaders who are poised to navigate the complexities of THEN.
