Abstract

In a multifaceted and unpredictable global landscape, it is imperative to break down large challenges into smaller components and assign them to cross-functional autonomous teams. The adoption of an entrepreneurial attitude throughout the whole business is vital, necessitating a complete reimagining of the organization as an interactive network rather than a hierarchical bureaucracy, where agile implementation is limited to only a few teams. In recent years, the academic community in the subject has emphasized the significant correlation between agile management and change management. The objective of this chapter is twofold: (i) to enhance the change management guide by integrating agile management strategies, and (ii) to introduce a new business model that combines the principles of both agile and change management, enabling businesses to navigate the intricacies of the modern environment.
