Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI), which has taken over many industries, is thought of as a continuation of human intelligence. Artificial intelligence applications in libraries have revolutionized the information industry. Many human talents, including calculation, reading, speaking, grasping, remembering, making decisions, and interactive learning, can be stimulated by technological improvements. It is believed that the use of artificial intelligence in virtual reference services will offer libraries a new online service paradigm. Virtual reality is a useful feature that engages users with libraries and improves information literacy abilities. Librarians are always utilizing cutting edge technologies to improve services for their patrons. The chapter covered some AI components, library services to which it can be applied, the benefits of its application, and the problems libraries encounter when implementing artificial intelligence in the library.
