Abstract

In today's competitive industrial landscape, accurate data collection and analysis are paramount for business growth and daily operations. Business intelligence (BI) facilitates quicker and more effective functioning across various sectors, including human resources (HR), finance, marketing, and manufacturing. Integrating BI systems empowers organizations to enhance performance and streamline operations. This study focuses on exploring the role of business intelligence in HR and understanding its challenges. The findings reveal that BI significantly impacts HR functions. Incorporating predictive maintenance systems, such as robotics, can automate tasks like hiring, data analysis, and workload management, thereby boosting workplace efficiency.
