Abstract
The importance of environmental stewardship has become more prominent in modern business situations. This study explores the need of developing eco-champions among employees to promote and support the sustainability initiatives of a firm. This text explores how employee engagement can be utilized to promote environmental objectives, using a combination of literary analysis and real-life examples. The study identifies key tactics for empowering eco-champions, which include providing training, recognition, and organizational support. Furthermore, the article emphasizes the significance of leadership in promoting a culture of environmental responsibility inside firms. This study provides practical recommendations for firms aiming to improve their environmental performance by including their employees, by combining findings from many sources.
