Abstract
The impact of cultural diversity on individual and organizational development in many developing countries must be considered. As globalization and organizational expansion continue to shape the business landscape, cross-cultural HR practices have become increasingly important, especially in Indian companies operating within diverse cultural contexts. It is imperative to understand that people from different cultures have distinct systems, values, and beliefs, which can significantly affect organizational growth. Adopting cross-cultural HR practices that recognize and leverage cultural diversity is critical to achieving organizational goals. The human resources department must consider formulating comprehensive guidelines to preserve cross-cultural employment and establish a robust mechanism for addressing related issues. It is established that individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds tend to possess different perspectives, which can impact organizational communication and lead to conflicts among colleagues. Because India is renowned as the most culturally diverse nation, the workforce will probably comprise individuals with diverse cultural, ethnic, and social backgrounds.
