Abstract
This study explores the complex relationships between employee silence, participation, and environmental stewardship in workplace contexts. The study takes a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews to acquire both quantitative and qualitative information. Verified scales assess employee involvement and environmental awareness, while interview narratives record comprehensive viewpoints from employees, managers, and organizational leaders. The results uncover the frequency and characteristics of employee silence, the influence of involvement on work dynamics, and the way environmental stewardship activities are perceived. The results underscore the interdependence of these aspects, stressing the significance of leadership and company culture in influencing employee conduct. The amalgamation of qualitative and quantitative data yields a holistic comprehension, presenting pragmatic ramifications for firms striving to cultivate a culture of transparent communication, bolster employee involvement, and include sustainable methodologies.
