Abstract

This chapter focuses on the critical examination of stress factors affecting adolescents and the effectiveness of various management techniques aimed at fostering resilience and promoting recovery. With the backdrop of escalating stress levels among adolescents driven by academic pressures, social dynamics, and digital media exposure, this chapter identifies emerging research trends that focus on both individual and systemic interventions designed to mitigate stress and enhance mental well-being. The results underscore the significant impact of multi-faceted stress management programs that combine psychological, physical, and social strategies. Techniques that promote mindfulness and emotional regulation, such as meditation and yoga, alongside CBT, were notably effective in enhancing adolescents' resilience to stress. In conclusion, the chapter highlights the imperative for a holistic approach to stress management among adolescents, emphasizing the need for interventions that are adaptable to diverse needs and contexts.
