Abstract
The use of business idea pitch events within universities as a tool to foster entrepreneurship and innovation has become increasingly popular in recent years. This work aims to provide an overview of the benefits and impact of such events on the university community and the wider entrepreneurial ecosystem. Business idea pitch events are organized to provide a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to present their business ideas to a panel of judges, typically consisting of industry experts, investors, and faculty members. These events not only serve as a means for students to showcase their innovative ideas but also act as a catalyst for fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and promoting innovation within the university environment.
